Executive Assistant & Uniform Shop Coordinator (1.0 FTE)
As Executive Assistant you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Deputy Principals along with running the Uniform Shop. You will be an excellent communicator with the ability to prioritise and multitask, having an eye for detail and excellent data entry skills. You will also be a “people person” who enjoys interacting with a wide range of age groups. Please note this is a combined role and not offered as part-time positions.

The College is in need of staff who could work in the Front Office on a relief basis, covering Reception, Student Services and/or Uniform Shop. You will be an adaptable team player with good administrative skills, proficient in the use of MS Office packages. Experience in the use of database management systems would be advantageous (the College uses Sentral – training can be provided). We may have regular ongoing part-time work available immediately.
Applicants must have (or ability to obtain) a valid Western Australia Working With Children Check and be vaccinated for COVID-19, according to WA Government Mandatory Vaccination Directions.
Relief Teachers & Education Assistants
The College is always keen to hear from qualified Teachers and Education Assistants who are interested in relief work at the College (particularly Primary Teachers at the moment).
Early Learning Years (K-PP), Primary (Years 1-6) and/or Secondary (Yrs 7-12). The ability to be able to teach or a assist in a variety of different year levels would be highly regarded.

The College is in need of staff who can fill in, as required, when regular staff are not available. Training is provided before being placed on the relief contact list.
Relief Cleaners need to be available between the hours of 3.00pm and 6.00pm on school days (Monday to Friday), and due to Covid-19 there may also be hours available during school hours.
