Build Up Zone (BUZ) is a life skills program that the Primary School will explore at the College this year as part of the Health Curriculum.

The BUZ program focuses on developing four key areas: connectedness (relationships), confidence (resilience), compassion (respect), and emotional regulation (real feelings).

It is facilitated in classes through interactive and hands-on activities.

Last week, the Year 1/2 class learned about conflict resolution using the Hopscotch method, with the motto “Talk, don’t just ‘walk’.”
