Geraldton Christian College students won a range of awards at the recent Randolph Stow Young Writers Awards for the Mid West.  

Acting Principal Sophia de Lange said the awards reflected the creativity and talent of the students, and she was extremely proud of their achievements.  

She also acknowledged the commitment from Primary and Secondary teachers who have supported the students’ developing talent, especially with literacy, English and creative writing.  

The awards were coordinated by the City of Greater Geraldton and presented at a glittering event at the Queens Park Theatre.
